materialistic, seek status and energy - Ignorant, lazy, dependent self
destructive, selfish, dull, insane - Activities - Calming: meditation, reading
litre ature, chess, listening to peaceful music, gentle action - Stimulating:
aggressive sports, loud music, dancing parties, festivals, politics, debating,
gambling - Depressing: sitting idly, watching TV, reading low quality
literature, sleeping - According to Ayurveda, all entities not only have a
predominance of special elements, but they also exhibit the qualities of
sattva, rajas, and tamas in varying degrees.
